SS4400 1996 Used Rail King Mobile Railcar Mover (Rebuilt)
The SS4400 had a single owner before HBI acquired it. This railcar mover provides up to 44,000 pounds of tractive effort and is powered by a John Deere Reman 6059T diesel engine. It has a three-speed Funk Powershift transmission and hydrostatic drive for the roadwheels. All hydraulic, fuel, and coolant hoses have been replaced and the cylinders resealed. The glass and slider windows are new, as are the wipers and arms, seats, floor mat, and tires. The rail axles have been resealed, and the rubber springs are new. The SS4400 was recently painted, and new decals were affixed.
SS4150 Rail King Mobile Railcar Mover
The Rail King® Model SS4150 Mobile Railcar Mover provides up to 42,000 pounds of tractive effort. Its design features increase operator safety and productivity. These features include an enclosed insulated cab with 360-degree visibility, ergonomic touch hydraulic controls, front and rear windshield wipers, a cab heater, two defrost fans, full instrumentation including tachometer, and tinted safety glass. This railcar mover has a patented cushion coupler system and a full-floating frame and cab design that provides a smooth ride. It comes with a full light package, wider and taller cab-entry doors, more floor space, more leg room, a one-piece dual seat, and insulated engine cowling. The cab platform is wider than the cab to protect the sheet metal. The SS4150 includes a walkover platform, a stair-step ladder, and solid bar stock hand railing. This unit features an hydraulically driven train air compressor for reliable service and an hydraulic control system consolidated and located for ease of servicing and maintenance.
RK320-G5 2012 RCM924-5 Rail King Mobile Railcar Mover
The Rail King® Model RK320-G5 Mobile Railcar Mover provides up to 48,600 pounds of tractive effort.
Like the SS4150, this railcar mover features an enclosed insulated cab with 360-degree visibility, ergonomic touch hydraulic controls, front and rear windshield wipers, a cab heater, two defrost fans, and full instrumentation including tachometer, and tinted safety glass. Also like the SS4150, the RK320-G5 features a patented cushion coupler system and full-floating frame and cab design that provides a smooth ride on rail. It comes with a full light package, including coupler, railwheel, stop, and red and white interior lights, headlights, step lights, and a flashing beacon. The cab-entry doors are wider and taller. There is more floor space, more leg room, and insulated engine cowling for the operator’s comfort. The cab platform is wider than the cab to protect the sheet metal. This railcar mover includes a walkover platform, a stair-step ladder, and solid bar stock hand railing. It features an hydraulically driven train air compressor for reliable service and an hydraulic control system consolidated and located for ease of servicing and maintenance.
