Use of Information: When you place an online order with us, you are asked for information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. This information is used only for processing your order and to keep you informed of the status of your order. We do not store your credit card information any longer than is necessary and we do not share it with anyone else.

Order Processing: Orders will be processed in the order they are received. All efforts are made to ship your order complete.

Shipping/Delivery: Online orders are processed and shipped directly from our store. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping/Delivery Costs: We continually search for the most cost-effective way to ship your goods to you. We offer live rates from Purolator, however for overweight and larger products, there may be extra charges.

Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock and the product is expected to arrive shortly, your order may be held so that it will ship complete. If the product is expected to be out of stock for an undetermined amount of time, we will ship your package without that item and we will reimburse you accordingly.

Changes & Cancellation Policy? Changes in pricing/availability are at our discretion and may be updated without notice. Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

Return Policy/Refunds: As your satisfaction is important to us, if you decide you do not want your item for any reason, please contact us by phone or email with 10 days of receipt of merchandise, so we can arrange for an exchange or return. All sales of custom or special orders are final sales and cannot be returned. Items that have been used, installed or modified will not be accepted. We only accept saleable items in the original. You may be charged for any missing parts. Shipping costs incurred to return an item is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once the product has been received in good condition, inspected and deemed saleable, we will issue a refund to the same credit card, less the original shipping costs. We must receive the product back within 14 days from date of purchase.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item has been damaged during shipping, we will send out any replacements for any broken or damaged parts. If the merchandise is defective and cannot be fixed, we will replace it with a new fixture and have the defective product shipped back to us.

Warranty: H. Broer Equipment Sales and Service Inc. honors all available manufacturer’s warranties.
